What's Apple Cider Vinegar?

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is a natural amber coloured vinegar (acetic acid), made by fermenting apple juice in a 2-step process. First, the apple juice is fermented into apple cider when its sugars turn into alcohol, then the alcohol in apple cider gets converted into acetic acid and it becomes apple cider vinegar.

The best and the healthiest apple cider vinegar is the one that has not been filtered, Raw, Organic & has the 4-5% mother of vinegar (visible as cloudiness/threads). I'm linking some of my favourite Apple Cider Vinegar at the end of this blog.

Don't drink the ACV directly, it will be harsh on the throat. Dilute it with a glass of water.

Dosage - Mix 1 tbsp apple vinegar with 250ml water and consume it 2 times. First 30-45 mins before lunch and Second 30-45 mins before dinner.





To Maximize the benefits of apple cide vinegar have it with Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, Himalayan Pink Salt.








Lemons have vitamin C which enhances the effect of Apple Cider Vinegar, make the skin hydrated and healthy. It prevents the formation of kidney stones by blocking the oxilates.





Cinnamon is loaded with antioxidants, boosts metabolism and decreases inflammation. It helps maintain high sugar level and have an amazing anti-diabetic effect. It prevents from viral infection and flu's by enhancing the body's natural immunity.





Himalayan Pink Salt have lots of trace minerals like iron, calcium, chromium, magnesium, zinc and sulfates. HPS helps in maintaining body's pH, sexual problems, respiratory disorders. 


My 1 min. ACV Recipe

1 glass of water

• 1 tbsp of ACV

• 1 tbsp of lemon juice

• 1 pinch of cinnamon powder

• 2 pinch of rock salt or pink himalayan salt
